Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IT sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, solution presentation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Prepare detailed
    cost estimations
    , quotations, pricing models, and commercial proposals for IT infrastructure, software, and service solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend the right technical solutions in coordination with the technical team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and pipeline management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends in the IT sector.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and operations teams for accurate project scoping.
  • Participate in RFP/RFQ preparation, documentation, and bid submissions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth post-sales handover.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/PG in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 5–8 years
    of experience in
    IT Sales, Solution Sales, or IT Infrastructure Sales
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    cost estimation, pricing, proposal creation, and commercial negotiation
    .
  • Knowledge of IT solutions such as networking, servers, cloud, security, AMC, software, or managed services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong business acumen.
