Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Executive to join our team in Dehradun. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career HR professionals to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
  • Support HR administrative activities such as attendance, leaves, and documentation.
  • Execute HR generalist activities including employee engagement, grievance handling, and compliance support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations.

Education & Eligibility:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
  • 0 - 5 year of relevant experience (freshers can also apply).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
