Position Overview

We are seeking an HR Manager with 3–5 years of experience, specifically in a factory or manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Factory Laws, Labour Laws, and hands-on experience managing HR functions on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations within the factory setup.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Factory and Labour Laws.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for factory employees.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Address employee grievances and support healthy employee relations.
  • Conduct HR audits, statutory compliance checks, and maintain required registers.
  • Implement HR policies, safety procedures, and disciplinary measures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for workers and staff.
  • Foster good communication between management and workforce.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of HR experience in a factory/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of Factory Act, Labour Laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Practical knowledge of core HR functions such as recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Ability to handle workforce issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR (preferred).
