Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun for an HR Executive. The role involves managing recruitment processes, coordinating employee onboarding, overseeing employee relations, maintaining HR policies, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws. The HR Executive will collaborate with departments to support organizational development and handle performance management initiatives. They will also contribute to creating an inclusive, supportive, and effective workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes
  • Proficiency in HR policies, workforce planning, and compliance with labor laws
  • Experience with performance management, training, and development
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to foster a positive workplace culture and promote inclusivity
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or similar settings is a plus
  • Proficiency with HR software and systems will be considered beneficial
