About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative PR Executive with 0–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, event coordination, and public relations activities. You will play a key role in managing the company's brand presence, organizing cultural and promotional events, and maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
  • Create engaging posts, coordinate content calendars, and ensure brand consistency in all communications.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing cultural, promotional, and corporate events.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, announcements, and media communications.
  • Support the development of marketing and PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, and partners.
  • Assist in preparing reports, media coverage summaries, and campaign performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing, and Management) for communication and branding initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and suggest innovative ideas to improve PR and brand outreach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in PR, communications, or social media management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.).
  • Experience in event planning or coordination will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
