Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the office operates efficiently.
Handle communication, documentation, filing, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Support the management team with routine clerical tasks.
Supervise packaging and dispatch of goods from the office or warehouse.
Coordinate with transport companies, courier services, and Porter for pickups and deliveries.
Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers in other cities for dispatch planning via phone/email.
Maintain and update inventory records, including incoming and outgoing stock.
Prepare and manage all dispatch-related documents (invoices, delivery challans, etc.).
Resolve issues related to delivery delays, stock discrepancies, or courier concerns.
