**About the Role**

We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The role involves handling communication, scheduling, documentation, and coordination between departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain calendars.
- Assist HR with onboarding, attendance, and basic documentation.
- Organize files, records, and correspondence systematically.
- Support management in coordinating projects and daily operations.
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Handle petty cash, bills, and basic expense tracking.
- Act as a point of contact between staff, clients, and management.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator/Administrator/Assistant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
