Job Summary:
The Employee Relations & Office Coordinator is responsible for managing workplace relations, handling employee concerns, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role involves addressing grievances, enforcing company policies, coordinating office administration, and supporting employees to maintain a positive and organized work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts among employees professionally.
- Ensure company policies and workplace rules are understood and followed.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling grievances and employee concerns.

2. Office Administration & Coordination
- Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth daily activities.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and security teams for office upkeep.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, safe, and functional.

3. Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Enforce company policies related to workplace discipline and conduct.
- Ensure all employees adhere to office protocols and operational guidelines.
- Monitor attendance and workplace behaviours, escalating issues when necessary.

4. Employee Support & Workplace Culture
- Assist new employees in understanding workplace policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive work culture.
- Organize internal office events, team-building activities, and meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in office coordination, administration, or employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle workplace conflicts with professionalism and neutrality.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and enforce policies firmly when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
