Sitz Ergo Solutions Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of institutional furniture solutions specializing in office chair repair, refurbishing, restoration, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Kochi, Kakkanad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and securing institutional clients such as offices, schools, hospitals, and other organizations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the company's growth and success in a thriving market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and research potential institutional clients within Kochi and surrounding areas through various channels (online research, networking, industry databases, referrals, etc.).
  • Generate leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and presentations.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company's target market and service offerings.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., facility managers, procurement officers, administrators) in target organizations.
  • Understand client needs and requirements for office furniture maintenance and propose tailored solutions from Sitz Ergo Solutions' service portfolio.
  • Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations that are aligned with client needs and company pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Account Management and Growth:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with newly acquired clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling (e.g., promoting AMC contracts).
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay informed about client needs and industry trends to identify opportunities for expanding services or developing new offerings.
  • Sales Reporting and Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, prospects, clients, and sales progress, in the company's CRM system (if applicable).
  • Prepare regular sales reports on activities, pipeline, and performance against targets.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Market Awareness:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the institutional furniture solutions sector in Kochi and Kerala.
  • Provide feedback to management on market insights and potential opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with relevant experience and a strong track record will also be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of [mention number, e.g., 1-3] years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales or selling services to institutional clients. Experience in the furniture, maintenance, or related industries would be an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam are essential for effective interaction with clients in Kochi.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to identify and pursue leads, build rapport with clients, present solutions effectively, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Sitz Ergo Solutions' repair, refurbishing, restoration, and AMC services.
  • Self-Motivation and Drive: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and possess a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage leads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (if applicable).
  • Transportation: Must have their own reliable transportation (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) and a valid driver's license, as the role may involve client visits within Kochi and potentially surrounding areas.
