Admin and Accounts manager

Key Responsibilities Accounts Management Maintain books of accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage GST, TDS, income tax filings, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Oversee invoicing, payments, receipts, and reconciliation of bank statements. Track accounts payable and receivable; coordinate with vendors and customers. Prepare and monitor budgets, cost control, and cash flow statements. Administrative Management Supervise office administration, including vendor management, office supplies, and maintenance. Manage employee records, attendance, payroll processing, and HR compliance. Handle internal and external communication, documentation, and reporting. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination. Coordination and Reporting Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government bodies as needed. Work closely with other departments to support business operations and planning. Generate MIS reports and assist management with decision-making data.
--- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CA Inter preferred) 3–5 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
