We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts and Admin Executive to support our financial and administrative operations. The role involves assisting with financial recordkeeping, invoice processing, petty cash management, and ensuring smooth office operations. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, contributing to the efficient management of company accounts and administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing company assets and financial expenditures.
- Support in preparing financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports.
- Help maintain files on account receivables and update records as required.
- Assist with managing petty cash and record all monetary transactions.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding service agreements and payment options.
- Assist in identifying financial discrepancies during tax filing or invoicing duties.
- Help archive financial documentation and update accounting databases regularly.
- Follow accounting best practices, as outlined by industry experts and the company.
- Ensure office cleanliness and safety.

**Requirements**:

- Associate's degree in accounting, business, administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of accounting or administrative experience.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
- Understanding of financial processes such as bookkeeping and tax filing.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and clients.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
