Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Tally, ERP, and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Journal Vouchers (JVs) and Cash Vouchers and record them accurately in Tally or other accounting software.
  • Prepare cheques and bank transfer documents as per management approvals.
  • Maintain statutory payment schedules, ensuring timely payments and reminders to management.
  • Prepare vouchers for all Credit Card entries and ensure payments are made on or before due dates.
  • Reconcile Debtors and Creditors accounts quarterly and prepare deviation reports for management.
  • Follow up for all statutory documents (C-Form, E1 Form, Form 16, 16A, 26AS, etc.) with debtors or auditors and submit quarterly reports.
  • Support the Senior Accountant or Accounts Manager in resolving queries or discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of all accounting documents in line with audit requirements.
  • Prepare RCM Data Sheets and assist in GST-related activities.
  • Coordinate with banks for monthly current account and credit card reconciliations.
  • Perform additional accounting-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Com graduate with strong proficiency in accountancy.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or Junior Accountant.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, and Microsoft Office.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and government policies.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong IT and numerical aptitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
