Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, examine, and maintain various financial documents and records in line with increased public company requirements.
  • Perform and post accurate and timely journal entries in Tally Prime.
  • Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring transaction accuracy.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Assist in ensuring timely and accurate compliance with GST regulations.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations and assist in ledger scrutiny.
  • Support the senior accounting staff with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, data entry, and maintenance of organized financial files.

Required
Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
  • Hands-on proficiency and proven experience with Tally Prime.
  • Solid knowledge of GST laws and compliance procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
