Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant based in Hyderabad. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for tasks such as maintaining financial reports, preparing balance sheets, and processing payments. The role also includes assisting in audits, analyzing financial data, preparing tax documents, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with local accounting standards. The candidate will collaborate closely with the finance team and management to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial record-keeping, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of audit processes, statutory compliance, and tax documentation, including GST and income taxes
  • Experience in accounting software, data analysis, and budgeting
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
  • Internship or prior experience in accounting or auditing roles is preferred
  • Professional Certifications (such as CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are a plus
