Role & responsibilities

  • Leads the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets .

    Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals to increase market share and profitability.
  • Sales Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting ambitious goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a motivating work environment.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, high-value accounts, and strategic partners.
  • Market Analysis:Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to inform business decisions and identify new sales avenues.
  • Performance Management:Set sales targets, monitor progress, and analyze data to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales objectives.

  • Forecasting and Budgeting:Oversee the creation of sales forecasts, budgets, and resource plans for the sales department.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven Experience:Extensive experience in corporate sales with a strong understanding of corporate sales processes and deal structuring.
  • Leadership:Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Strategic Vision:A long-term vision for scaling sales operations and driving sustained business growth.
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, proposals, and client interactions.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to make informed decisions.
  • Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills: Highly developed interpersonal skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Market Knowledge:A deep understanding of the company's market.
