Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Head – Corporate Sales
with deep experience in the insurance broking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and strengthening Glide's position as the go-to broker for corporate and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales strategy to expand Glide's corporate insurance portfolio.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build, nurture, and retain senior-level relationships with CXOs, promoters, and decision-makers.
  • Drive large-ticket acquisitions across Property, Liability, Marine, Employee Benefits, and Group Health.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
  • Track market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent Glide at key industry forums and networking events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum
    10–15 years of experience
    in corporate sales within the
    insurance broking industry
    (mandatory).
  • Strong track record of winning and managing marquee corporate accounts.
  • Proven leadership experience in building and managing sales teams.
  • In-depth understanding of commercial insurance products and broking dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA preferred.
