Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in swargate Pune. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with customers, addressing customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of customer service representatives. The role also includes monitoring customer interactions, implementing customer service initiatives, and analyzing customer feedback to improve service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in customer service, relationship management, and team management
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and implement changes
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
