Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Support in onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
  • Coordinate and track attendance, leave management, and daily reporting.
  • Assist in drafting HR communications, offer letters, and internship agreements.
  • Support in employee engagement activities and maintaining a positive work culture.
  • Help in policy documentation, HR compliance, and other administrative duties.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to execute performance reviews, feedback sessions, and training initiatives.
  • Prepare daily and weekly HR reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and basic labor laws (preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a good team player.
