Role Overview

This internship provides hands-on exposure to the recruitment process. The first two months are unpaid, during which you will receive training and experience in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates.

Based on performance, interns may transition into a paid HR internship with expanded responsibilities.

Responsibilities - Unpaid Internship (First 2 Months)

  • Publish job openings on job boards and social platforms
  • Source and screen candidate profiles according to role requirements
  • Maintain and update the candidate database
  • Coordinate with the HR team on hiring needs
  • Share shortlisted profiles with the HR team for further evaluation

Paid Internship (Post-Conversion)

  • Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews
  • Assist with onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR data
  • Support HR engagement and operational activities

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed studies in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in HR
