Location: Dwarka sector 11
Duration: 3–6 months Internship
Stipend: Unpaid to 7000
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in Human Resource practices, processes, and employee engagement. You will support the HR team in daily operations and gain exposure to the complete employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
- Help in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs on portals.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing/completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
