Job Overview:
The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The candidate will also support administrative and coordination tasks while learning practical HR functions in a creative and design-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through Indeed and other job portals.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Help in drafting and posting job descriptions for various roles.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Coordinate with internal departments for attendance, leaves, and employee queries.
- Assist in HR documentation, record maintenance, and filing.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and office culture initiatives.
- Prepare basic HR reports and support the HR team in day-to-day operations.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in an offline (onsite) environment.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit
