*Proven success in business development, sales, and account management in the smart metering or utilities sector.
*Excellent bidding, RFP/RFI response, and contract documentation skills.
*Superior negotiation and relationship management abilities with utility stakeholders.
*Strong written and spoken communication, with an emphasis on persuasive presentation and clear reporting.
*Comfortable working on-site in Noida and engaging face-to-face with clients and partners.
*Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Energy); MBA or management qualification is a plus.
