Business Development Manager/Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B automobile sectors.
- Lead and coordinate the full RFQ processreview inquiries, analyse technical and commercial requirements, and prepare quotations in collaboration with internal teams.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve market expansion goals.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing, and product development teams to align business strategies.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals and long-term contracts.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, performance metrics, and forecasts for senior management.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate with marketing teams to ensure client retention.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, automotive technologies, and government policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the automobile market, products, and customer segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred
Note - (preference will be given to candidate with background in mechanical engineering, or CIPET graduate in polymers/tooling)
