Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kanpur for a Business Development Intern. The intern will assist in identifying market opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and supporting customer service initiatives. Daily tasks may include analyzing market trends, developing strategies for business growth, and engaging with potential clients to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, market trends, and performance metrics
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with team members and clients
  • Experience or aptitude in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and evaluate potential opportunities
  • Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster strong business relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
