We are currently hiring professionals with 2–4 years of experience for the role of Business Development Executive for our client .The position offers a high-growth career path in B2B technical sales, with structured training, field exposure, and attractive performance-based incentives.

Role Overview

  • Position: Business Development Executive
  • Experience: 2 – 4 years in sales, business development, or related fields
  • Eligible Background: Any Graduate (B.E / BCA / BSc IT / B.Tech / MBA – Sales & Marketing are advantages)
  • Industry Experience: IT, Construction, Real Estate, EdTech, AI, BFSI, Manufacturing, and other sectors where IT solutions and services are used. Experience in System Integrator (SI) businesses or familiarity with IT products and solutions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 10–15 client visits per week (field sales + ISR role).
  • Lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with technical and logistics teams for solutions delivery.
  • Drive business growth through strategic account management.

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Presentable, articulate, and self-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
