Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Jewellery Merchandiser. The role involves managing and optimizing product assortments, coordinating with design and production teams, analyzing market trends, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective merchandising strategies. The Jewellery Merchandiser will contribute to sales planning, retail marketing alignment, and offer insights to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Retail processes, with the ability to drive product performance and in-store execution.
  • Marketing expertise to support promotional strategies and align with brand positioning.
  • Detail-oriented with organizational skills to manage inventory and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and optimize product offerings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry is a plus.
