Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Marketing & PR will support the development and execution of 360° marketing

strategies that strengthen brand equity, drive customer engagement, and enhance the luxury

positioning of touch points of Hazoorilal Legacy.

This role combines physical and digital brand building—responsible for managing PR activities, luxury

events, social media planning, digital advertising, outdoor branding, and CRM initiatives. The ideal

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Marketing & Campaign Execution

 Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, festive

seasons, and brand milestones.

 Ensure all marketing materials (print, outdoor, in-store) reflect the brand's luxury identity and

visual guidelines.

 Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, stylists, and designers to deliver premium

brand assets.

 Maintain consistency across physical & digital brand touchpoints.

1. Digital Marketing & Performance Ads

 Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) to drive high-intent traffic and

conversions.

 Oversee SEO-friendly content and coordinate with digital partners to enhance brand visibility.

 Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly digital analytics reports.

 Keeps hygiene check of the brand page, brand location, google review, wedding platforms,

1. Social Media Management

 Plan monthly content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube,

etc.

 Coordinate photoshoots, reels, influencer collaborations, and storytelling-led content.

 Monitor social performance, engagement data, and competitor activity; recommend

optimizations.

 Ensure all content reflects luxury craftsmanship, heritage, and brand voice.

1. Public Relations & Media Relations

 Assist in developing PR strategies to elevate brand positioning in luxury, fashion, and lifestyle

media.

 Manage relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and KOLs/influencers.

 Draft press releases, speeches, PR requirements, event communications, and media briefs.

 Track and report PR coverage and brand visibility.

1. Events, Exhibitions & Outdoor Branding

 Support planning and execution of luxury events, trunk shows, exhibitions, and VIP customer

gatherings.

 Oversee outdoor advertising (billboards, airport branding, mall branding) including vendor

coordination and asset deployment.

 Ensure premium quality and timely delivery of all outdoor creative and printing requirements.

1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

 Manage CRM campaigns for customer retention and loyalty, including SMS, WhatsApp, and

email marketing.

 Work with the sales and retail teams to segment customers and build targeted communication

strategies.

 Track campaign performance and support the development of customer experience journeys.

1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

 Monitor industry trends, luxury brand practices, and competitor activities across physical and

digital channels.

 Share insights with the management team to help refine marketing strategies.

1. Administrative & Cross-Functional Coordination

 Manage marketing budgets, vendor payments, and documentation.

 Coordinate with sales, retail, product, and merchandising teams for cohesive brand alignment.
