We are building a new kind of jewelry experience - refined, customer-centric, and deeply design-driven. - We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our online growth and help shape Wahe's digital presence across performance, content, and brand channels. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. - Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility. - Oversee social media content, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and website updates to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand tone. - Analyze digital performance metrics, optimize ROI, and implement data-driven decisions for campaign improvements. - Collaborate with creative, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience. - Manage digital marketing budgets and report campaign outcomes and insights to the leadership team. Requirements - 5-8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in luxury, fashion, or D2C consumer brands. - Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM. - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools. - Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills. - Passion for branding, storytelling, and digital innovation. Work Mode Location: On-site at Wahe Jewellery's Gurgaon office. Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday). Remote/Work from Home: Not applicable - this is a full-time in-office position.
