Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and developing strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities also include managing key accounts, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth. The candidate is expected to meet sales targets and contribute to strategic business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation capabilities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in CRM tools or related systems is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
