Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Merchandiser for Jewellery Category located in Gurugram. The Junior Merchandiser will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the merchandising team. This includes tasks such as managing inventory, assisting in sales and retail operations, collaborating on marketing strategies, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes analyzing sales data to optimize product placement and presentation.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Retail operations experience
  • Marketing skills and the ability to collaborate on strategies
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in Jewellery is an advantage
