Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to support the buying and merchandising team. The role involves coordinating sampling, production follow-ups, vendor communication, and ensuring timely product delivery in line with brand standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior merchandiser in product development and range planning.
  • Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for samples, approvals, and production updates.
  • Conduct quality checks for samples and ensure brand quality standards.
  • Support in preparing line sheets, product catalogues, and shoot samples.
  • Communicate with design, production, and buying teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor stock movement and assist in replenishment planning.
  • Help in coordination for photoshoots and website uploads (for e-commerce teams).
  • Track delivery schedules and ensure on-time dispatch.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of costing and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Fashion Merchandising / Apparel Design / Textile Management or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in apparel merchandising (preferably women's ethnic wear).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹33,833.48 per month
