Role & responsibilities

1. To lead project planning and scheduling using MSP / Primavera P6

2. Developing project timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and ensuring timely project delivery.

3. Strong analytical and leadership skills are required.

4. Preparation of Detailed Project Schedule and regular tracking of the same through MSP

5. Day to day coordination with cross functional teams (Site Team and HO)

6. Conducting periodic review meetings with various team like project site team and HO coordination team / Procurement team for ensuring the completion of the project as per the approved schedule

7. Regularly monitoring the critical path and preparing schedule impact reports for the project management

8. Evaluating project progress against schedule on weekly basis and providing the management with comparative analysis

9. Monitoring the Construction schedules & highlight anticipated delays / deviancies in advance.

10. Work out the resource requirements (manpower, equipment, material etc) so as to full fill the construction schedule prepared.

11. Sound Knowledge of Billing (Client & Subcontractor Billing)

12. Preparation and certification of bills and invoices from Client and HO team. Every month the bill has to be prepared and certified timely with the client.

13. Preparation of DPR, WPR and MPR on regular basis and same has to be sent to Client & HO.

14. Weekly project presentation to be prepared and updated to Project management on weekly basis.
