Site Engineer - Civil Drainage Retaining Wall Labour Management Location Andaman and Nicobar Islands Experience around 10 years preferred Qualification B E Diploma in Civil Engineering Key Responsibilities Drain Construction Interpret and execute drainage layout drawings and specifications Supervise excavation pipe laying manhole construction and backfilling Ensure slope alignment and levels are as per design Coordinate with surveyors and quality teams for inspections Retaining Wall Construction Oversee shuttering reinforcement and concreting activities Ensure structural stability and adherence to design standards Monitor curing and waterproofing processes Maintain safety and quality control on site Labour Mobilization Management Plan daily workforce requirements based on project schedule Allocate tasks and monitor productivity of skilled and unskilled labour Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for manpower supply Maintain attendance work logs and resolve on-site labour issues General Site Duties Prepare daily progress reports and update project managers Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations Manage materials tools and equipment efficiently Liaise with consultants vendors and local authorities as needed Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of civil construction practices Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Leadership and team coordination Problem-solving and decision-making on site Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience Civil engineering 10 years Preferred Location Port Blair Andaman and Nicobar Islands Required Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
