Academic Counsellor
at
JustTutors,

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • Experience in Sale.
  • Eager to expand company with new sales
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • An English medium background is a must.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat and social media.
  • Advise students and parents on their learning needs through structured counselling sessions (k-12 segment)
  • Fix appointments and conduct online demo sessions daily, basis including follow-up sessions.
  • Handle objections and price negotiation to generate sales revenue.
  • Resolving queries and issues.
  • Meet and overachieve the given monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
  • Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded
