Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor located in Noida. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing academic guidance to students, assisting in course selection, answering queries related to programs, and facilitating admissions processes. The role involves regular interaction with students and prospective students, organizing orientation sessions, and providing continuous support throughout their academic journey. Administrative tasks include maintaining student records and coordinating with faculty and management to ensure smooth operation of academic services.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and counselling skills
  • Experience in academic advising or counselling, preferably in higher education
  • Knowledge of various educational programs and courses, especially in technology and analytics
  • Organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining student records
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and academic management systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
  • Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
