Academic Counsellors are in high demand, and we're seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Trainees. This role is ideal for those with prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or Business Development Associates (BDA) profiles.

Mentor students on our school curriculum, guiding them through academic choices and supporting their journey. As an Academic Counsellor (Trainee), you'll engage with students through in-house counselling sessions and convert potential leads into successful admissions through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel and mentor students and parents on school curriculum and academic offerings.
  • Engage with students through in-house counselling sessions and guide them in making informed decisions.
  • Convert potential leads into successful admissions through consultative sales.
  • Build strong relationships with students, ensuring trust and long-term engagement.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or BDA profile preferred.
  • Freshers with 0–3 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for education and willingness to mentor students.
  • Target-driven mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
