Academic Counselling Role for Career Growth
We are seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team as Academic Counsellors. This role is ideal for those who have prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or business development associate profiles.
The selected candidates will undergo a 6-month structured training program that includes mentorship and hands-on exposure to academic counselling and sales in the edtech industry.
This opportunity provides a chance to shape your career with us as a full-time Academic Counsellor post successful completion of training.
Key Responsibilities:- Mentoring students on school curriculum and guiding them through academic choices
- Counselling and supporting students and parents on academic offerings
- Achieving targets while maintaining high standards of student support
- Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or business development associate profile preferred
- Freshers with 0–3 months of experience encouraged to apply
- Dynamic and supportive work culture with growth opportunities
In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring students on our school curriculum, guiding them through academic choices, and supporting their journey with us. As an Academic Counsellor, you will counsel and mentor students and parents on school curriculum and academic offerings.
As part of our team, you will engage with students through in-house counselling sessions and guide them in making informed decisions. You will also achieve targets while maintaining the highest standards of student support.
