Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Academic Advisor. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing student counseling, academic advising, career counseling, and assisting students in making informed education decisions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one sessions, understanding individual student needs, guiding them through the selection process, helping them explore career opportunities, and providing support throughout their educational journey.

Qualifications

  • Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Academic Advising and Education
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
  • Familiarity with online education platforms and UGC-recognized universities is a plus
