Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist based in Sivakasi. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing sales processes, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, developing strategies to improve customer engagement, coordinating with different departments to ensure project success, and providing exceptional customer service.
