In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries related to fireworks products, entering and maintaining accurate data in our systems, and providing real-world support to customers inquiring about fireworks, whether for retail, events, or safety information. This is a perfect position for someone who enjoys both working with data and providing excellent customer service in a niche, exciting industry. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry & Management: * Accurately enter customer orders, product details, and inventory information into company systems. * Maintain up-to-date customer databases with details on orders, shipping, and customer preferences. * Organize and manage sales reports, tracking trends, and assisting with data analysis for decision-making. Customer Support: * Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers, answering queries related to fireworks products, availability, and safety guidelines. * Assist customers with placing orders, troubleshooting product issues, and resolving complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. * Provide guidance on fireworks usage, safety precautions, and event planning related to fireworks displays. * Friendly, approachable, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
