Position: HR Generalist

About the Role

We are hiring for an experienced HR Generalist to manage recruitment and HR operations. The role is strongly focused on hiring sales professionals in the pharma/medical device/medical equipment sector, along with overseeing HR operations, payroll, compliance, and engagement for staff across Vadodara and other regions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment with focus on pharma/medical sales roles.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and seamless integration of employees.
  • Oversee payroll and statutory compliance for sales staff across locations.
  • Manage performance evaluation cycles.
  • Ensure execution of HR policies, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Drive engagement initiatives to strengthen retention and workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with performance management and incentive structures.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, including recruitment for pharma/medical sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • HR qualification required; willingness to travel when necessary.
