Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Kanpur for the International Voice Process. The role involves interacting with international clients, handling customer inquiries, and providing solutions to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing and resolving client queries, leveraging communication skills to foster strong client relationships, and effectively addressing finance-related or banking queries. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet sales and service goals is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for client interaction and relationship-building
  • Knowledge of Finance and analytical abilities to resolve banking and finance-related inquiries
  • Sales skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities for banking products
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking to handle client issues effectively
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to challenges
  • Prior experience in a voice process, international client handling, or a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communication, or a related field
