Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Freelance Designer role located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Freelance Designer will be responsible for ideating, developing, and executing creative designs for fashion bags, scarves, jewelry, home decor, and other handcrafted products. Daily tasks include creating innovative sketches, collaborating with production teams, ensuring design alignment with market trends, and maintaining originality in each creation. The role will require active engagement in the entire design process, from conceptualization to final product execution.

Qualifications

  • Design skills across multiple domains, including fashion accessories, home decor, and artisan crafts.
  • Proficiency in design tools and software, coupled with the ability to generate detailed sketches and technical drawings.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, color schemes, and material selection for handcrafted and fashion products.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaboratively work with production teams and leadership.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for innovative, aesthetic designs.
  • Prior experience in export-driven design processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Designing, Product Designing, or a related field is preferred.
