At ThreatXIntel, we offer bespoke and cost-effective solutions that cater to the unique needs of each client.About the JobWe seek an experienced Freelance OpenShift & GCP Platform Engineer who can provide expert-level support in deploying, scaling, automating, and managing OpenShift clusters and cloud infrastructure.Main Responsibilities:Deploy, configure, and manage OpenShift clusters, version upgrades, patching, scaling, and cluster lifecycle management.Design and implement CI/CD pipelines integrating tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools to ensure reliability and performance across GCP and OpenShift environments.Troubleshoot platform and application issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.Implement security best practices, including RBAC, policies, network security, and compliance within Kubernetes/OpenShift.Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration of GCP resources.Collaborate with development, operations, architecture, and security teams to support application readiness and platform optimization.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and configuration references.Manage lifecycle operations including control plane/worker node upgrades, certificate renewals, and platform maintenance.RequirementsKey Skills:Proficient in deploying, configuring, and managing OpenShift clusters.Expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using various tools.Knowledge of monitoring and alerting systems, including Prometheus and Grafana.Experience in troubleshooting platform and application issues.Familiarity with security best practices and compliance regulations.Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Why Work with Us?At ThreatXIntel, we value innovation, creativity, and expertise.
