Role Description

This remote Operations Intern role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and executing operational tasks at Bodsphere. Daily responsibilities include supporting operational workflows, assisting in project management, analyzing data to improve processes, and aiding sales and communication initiatives to ensure smooth execution of wellness programs. This is an internship position ideal for candidates looking to build professional experience in operations within a health and wellness organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management to facilitate and oversee program execution
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills for evaluating data and optimizing processes
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with teams and clients effectively
  • Understanding of basic Sales concepts to assist in outreach and client acquisition activities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Keen interest in corporate health, wellness, and mindfulness practices
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
