  • To lead the Production and Process teams in achieving plant targets related to output, quality, efficiency, cost, and safety. Ensure continuous improvement in production processes through innovation, optimization, and adherence to best manufacturing practices.

  • Production Management- Plan, organize, and control production activities to achieve daily, monthly, and annual targets.

  • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) such as yield, efficiency, downtime, and cost per unit.

  • Coordinate with planning, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for smooth plant operation.

  • Process Control & Improvement- Analyze process parameters and identify areas for improvement.

  • Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Standardize process parameters and ensure strict adherence to SOPs.

  • Drive reduction in process losses, energy consumption, and raw material wastage.

  • Quality & Compliance- Ensure product quality meets internal and customer specifications.

  • Maintain process documentation, audit compliance, and ISO standards.

  • Coordinate with QA/QC to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Enforce safety procedures and ensure zero-incident culture.

  • Conduct risk assessments and safety training programs.

  • Ensure environmental compliance and sustainable practices.

  • People Management- Lead, mentor, and develop the production and process teams.

  • Plan workforce requirements, training, and succession planning.

  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and performance-driven culture.

  • Reporting & Coordination- Prepare and present production performance reports to management.

  • Support budgeting, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement projects.

  • Collaborate with R&D and technical teams for process development and trials.
