- Staff supervision: Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality across the team.
- Quality control: Ensure impeccable presentation, portion control, and adherence to food safety and health regulations.
- Inventory and stock control: Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to ensure smooth operations.
