About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Continental Chef who can prepare a wide range of continental dishes with consistency, creativity, and quality. The candidate should have strong knowledge of European cuisines, modern cooking techniques, plating, and kitchen hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present continental dishes according to our menu standards.
  • Maintain high levels of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Develop new dishes and assist in menu planning.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and ordering.
  • Ensure dishes are prepared within standard preparation and service time.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and management team to maintain consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as a Continental Chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of continental cuisine (Italian, French, Mediterranean, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good understanding of cooking techniques, sauces, stocks, and bakery basics.
  • Knowledge of portion control and cost management.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
