Business Development Manager – Enterprise Accounts (Cloud & IT Services)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Enterprise Accounts) to join our high-performing sales team. This role is perfect for a self-driven, target-oriented professional with a hunter mindset and strong business acumen in the Cloud and IT Services domain.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in solution selling, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise segment.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships for cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with OEMs/distributors to jointly close deals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and business plans.
  • Maintain strong market presence and customer connects within assigned territory.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in IT or Cloud services.
  • Proven ability to achieve an annual sales target of at least ₹5 Cr.
  • Strong lead generation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Deep customer connects in the enterprise segment of your respective market.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or technical background preferred).
  • Experience in managing enterprise clients.
  • Exposure to CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales automation tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
