Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Enterprise Account Manager role located in Bengaluru at Fonada. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for managing key enterprise accounts, generating leads, handling sales operations, and driving business development strategies to foster growth and client relationships.

Role Summary:

Drive end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to purchase order execution. Collaborate with Sales Development to build and grow a robust pipeline, while also generating your own leads. Focus on understanding client business drivers and aligning Panaya's solutions to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full sales funnel: lead generation, qualification, demos, and closing.

Build and grow pipeline through outbound efforts and collaboration with Sales Development.

Conduct online and offline product demonstrations.

Understand client pain points and map solutions effectively.

Coordinate with internal teams (Presales, Marketing, Product, Executives) to advance deals.

Follow structured sales processes and qualification frameworks.

Meet quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Travel for training, trade shows, and client meetings as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4+ years in B2B sales, with a proven track record in new business generation and enterprise sales.

Experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales.

Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and cycles.

Knowledge of IVR, OBD, SMPP, C2C, and VoIP products is essential.

Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.

Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and work extended hours during peak periods.

Self-driven, dependable, and persistent.

Strong understanding of the Voice & SMS industry.

Experience in hunting large accounts and engaging CXO-level stakeholders.

Strong network in Fintech, BFSI, E-commerce, and Retail sectors.

Proficiency in South Indian languages is a plus.
